HVAC Bid Announcement/Notice
Mingo County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of HVAC units and repairs and service to existing HVAC equipment. For a bid package with specifications of new equipment and information concerning existing units contact Mr. William Hensley, Maintenance Director, at (304) 235-7150 during the hours of 7:30 am –2:00 p. m. or by email at <william.hensley@K12.wv.us>.
Bids will be accepted through July 23, 2018 until 3:00 p.m. Bids will be opened July 23, 2018 at 3:15 p.m. Sealed bid must be submitted to Mingo County Schools Finance Office Attn: Rodney McCoy, 110 Cinderella Rd. Williamson, WV 25661. The Mingo County Board of Education reserves the right to refuse any / all bids.
Instruction to Vendor:
1. Please mark envelope “HVAC BID”
2. Please quote labor and material separate by location
3. Please indicate clearly the tentative completion date (completion date will be considered)
4. Please include completed Mingo County Schools Vendor Registration Form in bid
5. Please provide a current contractor license
6. Please provide proof of liability insurance and workers compensation or exemption thereof
7. Please complete Agreement Addendum (this will made a part of any contract with successful vendor)
