GPK8 Announcements

  • Gilbert PK8 Bus 1277 Gilbert Creek Minor Accident- No Injuries Reported

    Gilbert PK8 bus 1277 experienced a minor accident this afternoon, Thursday, October 10. There are no reported injuries. Law enforcement has been called to the scene for reporting purposes. Parents are being notified and students will be transported home on other buses.

  • WE RECOGNIZE OUR STUDENTS OF THE MONTH!

    We LOVE our students!

    We want to recognize the hard work and effort from our wonderful students at Gilbert PK8. Each classroom teacher will be choosing one student each month that they feel is deserving of recognition.  This will continue for the remainder of the school year. All students that are chosen as student of the month will be entered into a monthly drawing for a prize.

    Parents, 

    Please work with your children to remember the color of their bus.

    A staff member will be outside during dismissal holding a color paper to help them see where to go. 

    Bus Colors are as follows: 

    Red - Christina Carter - Town and Justice

    Blue/Purple - Tammy Hatfield - Horsepen

    Orange - Connie Lynn - Verner

    Green - Jamie Sloan - Isaban/War Eagle

    Brown - Andrea Ellis - Gilbert Creek

    Black -James McCoy  - Ben Creek
