Welcome to my page! I am a fourth grade teacher, but currently we are departmentalized and I teach a fourth grade group for ELA as well as a fifth grade group for ELA.  I have 12 years of teaching experience in Mingo county. I have called Mingo county my home since birth so I am proud to serve the students and parents of my home county. I received my B.S in Education from Concord University in 2007, and continued my education at Marshall University by obtaining my M.A. in Literacy in 2015.

I am happily married to my husband of 13 years, Joshua, and we have two amazing boys, Tytus and Kainan.

Teaching is my passion and I love learning and growing in my field!
